Alpha Kappa Psi is a national fraternity which envisions the development of principled business leaders. The fraternity maintains a presence on many campuses, including some overseas from its home in the United States of America. Alpha Kappa Psi was originally created in 1905 at New York University with ten founding members. These members spread the knowledge and ideals of Alpha Kappa Psi throughout the country.

Creighton University has been host to the Delta Pi chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi since 1957. The Delta Pi chapter consists of roughly thirty to forty members during each school year. The chapter normally meets twice every month for official meetings. Our main activities consist of drawing in speakers from around the commmunity to talk about various topics such as finance, leadership within a business environment, resume and interview preparation, and the actual work that is accomplished in various lines of business. Our most recent expedition into the business environment was our yearly tour of the Union Pacific building, including a stop to chat with the CEO of the company. Delta Pi's largest fundraiser througout the year is early on Sunday mornings, delivering papers to the rest of the Creighton community for the Omaha World Herald.
