The Founding of the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity

Phi Kappa Psi was founded by two college students, William Henry Letterman and Charles Page Thomas Moore, students at Jefferson College in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania on February 19, 1852.

At Creighton University, the Nebraska Beta chapter of Phi Kappa Psi was chartered November 13, 1965. More than 40 years later, the brothers of Phi Kappa Psi Nebraska Beta live on in word, deed, and spirit, carrying on the values, aspirations, and traditions initiated at its founding and increased in its perpetuation. We the brothers of Phi Kappa Psi are proud to be just that.
