Foundations of Dialogue in Abrahamic Faiths
August 28th, 2009. This panel discussion was moderated by Dr. Ferhat Ozturk, Executive Director of the Niagara Foundation of Nebraska, at the Harper Center. The participants on the panel were: Dr. Zeki Saritoprak. John Carroll University, Nursi Chair of Islamic Studies, Dr. Leonard Greenspoon, Creighton University. Klutznick Chair in Jewish Civilization, and Fr. Raymond Bucko, S.J. Creighton University, Professor of Anthropology and Native American Studies. Each presenter spoke about their religious tradition (Islam, Judaism, and Christianity, respectively), and what each can contribute to inter-religious dialogue. The event was co-sponsored by the Kripke Center for the Study of Religion and Society and the Niagara Foundation of Nebraska.
National Jesuit Advisory Board on Mission and Interreligious Dialogue
October 23-25, 2009. The advisory board headed by Dr. John Borelli and consists of representatives from each of the 10 United States Provinces as well as some special advisors will hold its annual meeting. This year's meeting will take place at Creighton University.
Amen: Faith and the Possibility of Jewish-Christian-Muslim Trialogue

Thanksgiving Interfaith Service
November 23, 2009. Fr. Paul Holland and members of the Jesuit community at Campion hosted the Thanksgiving Interfaith Service in the Chapel of the Holy Spirit. The annual event, sponsored by the Weston Clergy Association and the Weston Wayland Interfaith Action Group, brings together Jewish, Muslin and Christian faith communities for an evening of prayer and fellowship.
